Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for a variety of issues, including anxiety (obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic, phobias, shyness and social anxiety), child and adult ADD/ADHD, depression, bipolar illness, parenting issues, and coping with chronic and/or life-threatening medical illness.
Educational and Neuropsychological Testing for children, teens, and adults.
Life Coaching services for children, teens, and adults. I work with my clients to clarify goals and values, prioritize, work towards meaningful goals, decrease stress, and improve organization and time management.

I provide a variety of education and consultation services to professionals, organizations, schools, and parenting groups, as well as bullying prevention consultation and training to schools. I am currently an Assistant Clinical Professor in the psychiatry department of the Univeristy of California, San Francisco Medical School.
WHAT I DO
I provide personalized therapy and coaching based on scientifically proven treatment methods. I focus on developing effective coping skills, healthier habits, and new tools for future use. My goal is to create lasting change by reducing fear, anxiety, depression, and other coping problems, and to increase confidence, self-esteem, coping skills, and improve relationships.
As a certified Olweus Bully Prevention Program trainer. I provide training and consultation to schools who are ready to take the step of doing something real and positive to stop bullying.
I also give educational talks to a variety of groups and organizations on various topics, including parenting, anxiety, and bullying. As an Assistant Clinical Professor in the psychiatry department at UCSF, I provide teaching and supervision to the Child Psychiatry residents.
