Fees and policies

My fee for psychotherapy is $225 for 50 minutes.

My initial consultation is usually a double session (1 hour and 40 minutes) for which I charge $450.  If you prefer a single, 50 minute session for your initial meeting, please let me know.

Longer sessions are prorated.  I make home visits and school visits.  I often do field work with clients (i.e. going to an office building with a client in order to help them confront their elevator phobia).  Home visits, field work, travel time, etc. are billed at my usual rate.

For neuropsychological testing I charge a comprehensive fee for a full evaluation and a written report.

Additional testing services available: Testing on weekends; Intensive evaluation (evaluation completed over 2-3 days); Time-sensitive testing (when the deadline for standardized testing accommodations is approaching); Concierge testing (when I travel to you in order to do the testing).  Please enquire about my fee for these services.

I ask for payment at the time of service.  I accept cash, checks, credit cards, and electronic payments (Zelle, Venmo).

I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations.  With less notice, if I am not able to fill the slot, you may be billed the full amount for your scheduled appointment.

I am not a provider for any insurance.  I am not a Medicare provider.  However, I can provide you with a statement which you can use to bill your insurance.
