I provide personalized therapy and coaching based on proven treatment methods.  I focus on developing effective coping skills, healthier habits, and new tools for future use.  My goal is to create lasting change by reducing fear, anxiety, depression, and other coping problems, and to increase confidence, self-esteem, coping skills, and improve relationships.

I also give educational talks to a variety of groups and organizations on various topics, including parenting, anxiety, and bullying.  As an Assistant Clinical Professor in the psychiatry department at UCSF, I provide teaching and supervision to medical students and Child Psychiatry residents.
